Client Projects
Website Design & Development Agreement
Veerock Digital · United Kingdom
Every Veerock Digital project runs on a clear written agreement, so both sides know exactly what is being delivered, when and for how much.
How the agreement works
Veerock Digital uses a written Website Design & Development Agreement for client projects. The agreement sets out project scope, pricing, payment terms, revisions, intellectual property, responsibilities, cancellation and other important project terms.
It is issued to you before work begins, tailored to the project we have discussed, and is signed by both sides. Nothing starts until you are comfortable with what it says.
What it typically covers
- Scope of work — pages, features and deliverables included
- Pricing, deposit and payment schedule
- Timescales and what each side needs to provide
- Revision rounds and how additional work is handled
- Content, imagery and licensing responsibilities
- Intellectual property and ownership on final payment
- Hosting, domains and third-party costs
- Cancellation, refunds and dispute resolution
- Confidentiality and data protection
Why it isn't published in full here
Each agreement is specific to an individual client and project, so the full document is issued privately rather than published on this website. We don't publish client contracts or blank signature forms publicly.
If you'd like to review the agreement before committing to anything, ask us and we'll send an unsigned copy for your project.
